During the book signing for her autobiographical tome at the Mall of America in Minnesota on Monday, Sarah Palin was threatened by some rogue fruit!

A man, who adopted the name Jeremiah Wobbe, was arrested and booked on assault and disorderly conduct charges when he threw two tomatoes hoping to hit the former Alaskan Senator. And sadly, he fell short about ten feet and clocked some police officers in the face.

Authorities even found two more weapons tomatoes on his body!

Hope he learned his lesson! Next time, aim higher!!!!

As if Elin didn’t have enough to worry about!

Tiger Woods‘ mother-in-law Barbo Holmberg was admitted to the hospital after an emergency dispatcher received a call from the Woods mansion at 2:35 a.m. early this morning.

Holmberg is said to now be in stable condition.

Conflicting reports say Elin’s mom was suffering from chest and/or abdominal pains.

She took a week’s leave from her job as county governor in Gavleborg, Sweden, presumably to be with her daughter during this stressful time.

We hope she recovers soon!

Her daughter is currently by her side at the hospital.

New information has been released about Tiger Woods hospital stay on Friday, November 27th.

Tiger’s, or as Health Central Hospital called him “William Smith’s”, charts list that he was admitted for an “OD” or overdose.

Perhaps it was from the combination of his favorite sex drug cocktail: Ambien and Vicodin.

Woods was also having trouble breathing and was using a breathing tube to help his respiration.

Scary!

The hospital also changed his alias a few hours after he was admitted because they feared people would know he was there.

That didn’t work too well, now did it?

While giving a deposition in Jon Gosselin’s legal battle with TLC, Hailey Glassman received a confirmation about the whereabouts of her former boyfriend’s peen – it had been poking around former Star reporter Kate Major!

DUH!

“He became a monster. He’s master manipulator and a compulsive liar,” said the homewrecker. “I was told under oath that Jon really did sleep with Kate Major. I’m mind boggled and hurt by it. And he still lies to me about it and denies it to this day.”

Where the eff has she been?!

“Back in June, Jon came to me and said he had a friend who felt horrible for me and wanted to do a ‘defending Hailey’ article,” she explained. “I think back now and say to myself, ‘Hailey, you should have been smarter.’ I mean they told me, ‘Kate Major is going to pretend to be Jon’s girlfriend so they can take the heat off of you’, and I was like, ‘great! Ok, thank you!’”

But, after pictures of the two surfaced, Hailey felt like it was the “ultimate betrayal.”

In a supreme douchebag move, Jon’s legal team did not have a lawyer present at the deposition while Hailey discussed his business activities.

“Anyone with a brain can guess that he did stuff outside his contract,” she admits. “He couldn’t do anything without TLC’s approval, we all know that. But he didn’t discuss business deals with me.”

Jon even axed her out of his business deals and cheated her out of $$$$$$ for her E! interview!!!

“Michael Heller came to me to do the interview and I said that the only way I would do it was if I could be honest and bare my soul. So we did the interview. Then when the check came, Michael wouldn’t give it to me because he said that Jon owed his father [Mark Heller] money and he wanted me to sign my check over to Jon. It was the most ridiculous thing in the world. To this day, Mike Heller has my check from October,” continued Hailey.

Family dramz!

Comedian Pauly Shore is suing his brother, Peter Shore, accusing him of being negligent when it comes to the care of their ill mother, Mitzi, who is suffering from Parkinson’s Disease.

The documents state that their mother has been “rendered susceptible to unscrupulous behavior and other undue influence because of her condition.”

Additionally the three of them are the Directors of The Comedy Store in Hollywood and Pauly is claiming that Peter removed him “improperly” from the board of directors as well as skimping on the books!

Pauly is claiming that his brother hasn’t provided tax returns or monthly cash flow reports over the last 36 months and Pauly wants to see those financial records.

Sounds like the lawsuit could be more about the family fortune rather than the care of his mother!

Lord knows he needs that money from the family business since he’s not making any as an actor!

Some sad news was revealed this morning on Live! With Regis and Kelly as Bryant Gumbel revealed that he is being treated for lung cancer.

It might have stayed a secret for longer, except that nagging Kelly Ripa asked Gumbel to dance on the show. (He was filling in for Regis Philbin.) That’s when Bryant explained he couldn’t exert himself, due to the surgery last month to relieve a malignant tumor in his chest. On air, he confesses to Kelly:

“We had told a few people, we told my family, obviously. I even kept it from my staff at Real Sports. So I’m okay for the time being. I’m hoping they greenlight me to play golf again.”
