Sure, it’s a bit unrealistic that someone finds love, and ultimately, ends up in a marriage in 30 days. But a girl can dream, and she sure does make it happen in Baggage Claim.
Paula Patton makes this movie what it is. She funny, charming and relatable – the kinds of qualities you look for in a leading lady.
The film follows Montana Moore (Patton), a flight attendant who is a smart, sexy and sick-of-being-single woman. She’s determined to get engaged before her younger sister’s wedding, leaving just 30 days to make her connection. Fortunately, her co-worker crew has cook up a high-flying scheme for Montana to “accidentally” bump into all her ex-boyfriends, leading to hilarious encounters as she attempts to land the perfect guy.”Yes, things don’t happen like that for us girls in our everyday lives. But let’s remember, this is a movie, and one that definitely has its moments.
And look out for fellow flight attendants Gail (Jill Scott) and Sam (Adam Brody) who are hilarious as they hatch the scheme to find Montana’s husband in one month’s time.
